Challenger’s Academy division has grown significantly in the past 5 years mainly due to our ability to recruit, train, deploy and manage a significant number of trainers for local soccer organizations who do not want to have to deal with the many headaches involved with employing a team of full time coaches.

Challenger can provide your soccer organization with qualified and trained International coaches throughout the spring and fall seasons. Challenger has hundreds of coaches who can either be rented for the season, or who can provide professionally run training programs as an add-on to the club’s current coaching structure.

Our International coaching staff live and breathe the game and are available for hire as Trainers, DOCs and Age Group Coordinators to run weekly practices, or become a head coach of the team. Our coaching staff will share all their expertise and experience with the players to maximize their potential. We strive to become key role models, positively impacting each players’ skills and lives.

Challenger staff can also deliver in-house Coaches Clinics and Coach Education, mentor and provide support to all of the current organization’s coaching staff and if needed provide formal assessments of coaches.

Challenger’s soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum that introduces your young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.

Our International coaches are experts at working with young children and will combine soccer with fun games; stories and music that keeps your children entertained and enthused to return next week. Come join our CUBS AND LIONS PROGRAM and join LENNY THE LION as you learn our Tiny Tykes theme song!

Many of our partner clubs do not run year-round league programs. Challenger can help your club provide an optional additional season for your players and we will do all of the work for you!
This program is administered, coached and refereed by the professionals from Challenger Soccer Academy!  One training session and one game a week with a focus on individual technical development within a small-sided environment.
